These guys got me out of a tight corner. When I first made the leap to self-employment in 2006, I was reliant upon a website, a good website that would generate business for me, hassle free and practical.

After 12 months of problems / down time and poor customer service (I bought a SSL cert which they couldn't even install correctly and any error was script related and therefore "not our problem") with my previous host, I felt it was time for a change.

From day one everything WAS! simple, help is available 24/7 (and lets be honest I needed a lot of it) Problems are resolved within the hour, customer service is second to none and I have never experienced this with any other host.
